That the City agrees to accept on the following basis: Provided the S. W. Bell
Telephone Co. within 30 days from date pay into the City Treasurery Pole tax at the rate
of 20¢ per pole for six months from July 1, 1919 to December 31, 1919, from January 1.
1920 to June 30, 1920 at the rate of $1.00 per pole per annum,
