Improvements District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 16th
day of September, 1921, deposit with the Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the
Assessment of Annex Number Two to East Street Improvement District Number one of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them.
