That all property owners on the East side of the Leverette Street from York Street
to Douglas Street to Maple Street are hereby required and ordered to construct sidewalks
along and in front of their respective properties within 30 days from date of service, all
sidewalks along to be constructed in accordance with plans and specification on file with
the City Engineer.
