That all owners of real property along the South side of Huntsville Road between
Mill Street and the East side of Lot 37 County Clerk Plat of the S.W. ''A of Section. 15,
Twp 16, N. Range 30 West, in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by and they are hereby
required to build and construct sidewalks along and in front of their respective lots, said
sidewalks being four (4) feet with five (5) inch wide curb.
