Whereas, the Commissioners of Road District Number Two of Washington
County, Arkansas, will. At a early date, begin paving certain Streets within the Corporate
limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, which are included in the route laid out for
said above mentioned road in said Road Improvement District Number Two;
Passed and Approved — July 1, 1921
