WHEREAS, A. H. Markle, W. L. Crouch and J. C. White as the
Board of Assessment of Annex Number One to East Street Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on
the 1st day of July, 1921, deposit with the City Clerk of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the assessment of Annex Number One to
East Street Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be, and he is hereby required to cause to be published in
the Fayetteville Democrat, a daily paper published in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, a notice stating that saidSassesament has
been so filed by said Board of Assessors, and that the same is now
subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict here-
with, be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval.
