WHEREAS, T. L. Hart, A. E. Collier and Henry Boggs have been here-
tofore boom appointed as the Board of Improvement of East Street Im-
_ ,provement District Number One of the_City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
WHEREAS, said T. L. Hart, A. E. Collier and Henry Boggs have been
duly sworn in and duly qualified as the Board of Improvement of said
East Street Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, an Improvement District has been duly created and es-
tablished, and to be -known as Annex Number One to East Street Improve-
ment District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That T. L. Hart, A. E. Collier and Henry Boggs, three
owners of real property within the boundaries of East Street Improve-
ment District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be, and
they are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvement for Annex Number
One to East Street Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflibt herewith,
be, and the same are hereby repealed, and this Resolution shall be in
force and effect, from and after its passage and approval.
