WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, held on the 6th day of May, 1921, W. H. Summers, W. L. Crouch
and A. H. Markle, three electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
were duly appointed to constitute a Board of Assessors of the benefits to
be received by each block,_lot_or_other subdivision of land.within Willow
Atenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas; and
WHEREAS, the said W. H. Summers is now unable to perform said work;
and
WHEREAS, it further appears that neither the said W: H. Summers, W.
L. Crouch nor A. H. Markle has yet qualified to serve in said capacity;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILT.E, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: F. S. Raedels, W. L. Crouch and A. H. Markle, three
electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby appointed to
constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be received by each
block, lot or other subdivision of land within Willow Avenue Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by reason of
the proposed improvement.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith, be,
and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall take effect,
and be in force, from and after its passage and approval.
