WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, held on the 6th day of May, 1921, J. P: Scott, J. W. Baxter and
Bruce Holcomb,
three electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, were
duly appointed to_constitute a B_oard_of_Assessors.-of the
received by each block, lot or other subdivision of land
benefits to be
within Annex
Number Two to East Street Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, neither the said J. P. Scott, J. W. Baxter
comb has yet qualified to serve as said Assessors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That Bruce Holcomb, E. L. Nettleship and J. P Scott,
three electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas," are hereby appointed
to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be received by
each block, lot or other subdivision of land within Annex Number Two to
nor Bruce Mal.
EastStreet Improvement District Number One of the City of Sayetteville,
Arkansas, by reason of the proposed improvement.
SECTION TWO: That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith,
be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and this Resolution shall take
effect, and be in force, from and after its passage
