RESOLUTIO N.
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, held on the 7th day of April, 1921, J. P,: Scott,, J,_
W. Baxter and J.,B._Otto--etnree-elettor f the City of Fayetteville,
._
Arkansas, were, by Ordinance No. 418 duly appointed to constitute a
Board of Assessors of the benefits to be received by each Lot, Block
or other Subdivision of land within Annex Number Two to East Street
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
and
WHEREAS, the said J. W. Baxter and J. B. Otto failed to take the
oath of office within the time required by law; and
WHEREAS, it further appears the said J. B. Otto is disqualified
to serve as one of the said Assessors;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY—THE CITYCOUNOIL..OF-THE�CITY-OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That J. P. Scott, -J14. Baxter and ¢„..1S1rec1v.%_t , three
electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby appointed
to constitute a Board of Assessment of the benefits to be received by
each Lot, Block or other Subdivision of land within Annex Dumber Two
to East Street'Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, by reason of the proposed - provemeent. "
