Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
held on the 13`h day of April, 1921, W. H. Summers, W L Crouch and T. U> Jackson,
Three Electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly appointed to constitute a Board
of Assessors of the benefits to be received by each lot, Block or other Subdivision of land
within Willow Avenue Improvements District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas; and
Passed and Approved — May 6, 1921
