Whereas, W.H. Summers, A.H. Markle, and W.L. Crouch, as the board of
Assessments of East Street Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, said Annex Number One to East Streets Improvement District Number One of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas did on the 23`d day of March, 1921, deposit with the
City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the assessment of East Street
Improvements District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Annex
Number One to East Street Improvement District Number one of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them.
Passed and Approved — March 23, 1921
