BE IT RESOLVED BY 'Thi CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF P YE'TTEVILT??ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Resolution pasedd on the 6th day of September,
1920,defining certain duties of the LRayor,providing that the Mayor should
have active control of the streets,alleys and general sanitation of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and providing that he should be known and
designated as Special Disbursing Agent,and providing a salary of $125.00
per month for such services,be,and the same is hereby,wholly repealed.
Section 2. That this Re olution shell take effect and be in fume
