That the Representatives and State Senator from Washington County, Arkansas,
be and they hereby, respectfully urged and requested to pass a bill at this Session of the
Legislature exempting all of the property within the corporate limits of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, from the operation of Act No. 529 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of the State of Arkansas, passed and approved March 28, 1919, said Act being
known as an Act creating Road Improvement District No. 4 of Washington County,
Arkansas Senator, for the following reasons to -wit;
