Section 1. That the rate of Taxes for Fire Department purposes for the year of
1920, be and it is hereby declared to be One and One Half Mils on the Dollar of the
assessed valuation of all real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the Assessment Books for County and State
purposes and the same is hereby levied, and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are
hereby authorized and directed by certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington,
Arkansas, to the end that they said assessment may be placed on the Tax Books and
Collected with the State and County Taxes.
