Whereas, at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, held on the 16th day of July, 1920, J.C. White, A.H. Markle and W.L. Crouch,
three electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas were appointed to constitute a Board
of Assessors of the benefits to be received by each lot or block or other sub-division of
land within Annex Number One to East Street Improvements District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Passed and Approved — August 6, 1920
