Whereas there has been filed with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a petition purporting to contain a majority in value of the owners of real
property situated in Annex Number One to East Street Improvement District Number
One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and praying that the cost of improvement set
forth in said petition by assessed against the real property situated in said district.
