Whereas, on the 19th day of May, 1919, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the
St. Louis & San Francisco Railway company entered into a certain contract with
reference to the City of Fayetteville furnishing water to the said St. Louis & San
Francisco railway at certain specifications rates therein set forth.
