Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby authorized to
sign the contract between the Fayetteville Gas and Electric co. and the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas for the pumping of the water at the West Fork of White River, for
the City Water Plant.
