That T.L. Hart, Henry Boggs, and A.E. Collier, three owners of real property
within the limits of East Street Improvements District Number one of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and they are hereby appointed as the Board of Improvements
of said District.
That the Resolution be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
