That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause to be published a notice in accordance
with Section One (1), Act One Hundred and Twenty five (125), Acts of Arkansas, 1913,
addressed to all owners of real property within East Street Improvements District Number
One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that a petition was presented to the said
Council on the 5s' day of March, 1920, requesting that the contemplated improvements
by undertaken and that the costs thereof be charged and assessed against the real property
within the said district, and that in the 16th day of April, 1920, the said Council will
determine whether or not the said Petition is signed by such majority in assessed value.
