Whereas, at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
held on the 20`h day of February, 1920, J.H. Mcllroy, B.R. Davidson, and C. M. Lawson,
three owners of real property within Public Square Improvement District Number One of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, were by the duly adopted resolution appointed as a
Board of Improvements for the said Public Square Improvements District Number one of
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,:
Passed and Approved — March 5, 1920
