That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause to be published a notice in accordance
with Section 1, Act 125, Acts of Arkansas, 1913, addressed to all owners of real property
with in Public Square Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, that a petition was presented to the said Council on January 16, 1920
requesting that contemplated improvements be undertaken, and that the costs thereof by
charged and assessed against the real property within said district, and said petition is
signed by such majority in as said value.
