CENTER, 557): Submitted by BURNS ARCHITECTURE, INC. for property located at the 3070
W. MILK BLVD. The property is zoned C-2, THOROUGHFARE COMMERCIAL, and contains
approximately 3.32 acres. The request is for an 11,100 square foot retail building and a 7,800

for property located at SW CORNER OF VAN ASCHE AND STEELE BLVDS. The property is
zoned C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, and contains approximately 1.92 acres. The
request consists of a restaurant, brewery, and offices totaling 11,774 square feet and associated
