requirements and will be discussed at the January 15, 2015 Subdivision Committee
meeting.

DR./FAYETTEVILLE ROW HOMES, 400): Submitted by BLEW & ASSOCIATES for property
located at the NORTHEAST CORNER OF RUPPLE RD. AND N. GOLF CLUB DR. The property
is zoned R-PZD, RESIDENTIAL PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT and contains approximately 5.00
acres. The request is for a 39 lot single family subdivision. Planner: Andrew Garner
