TOP LIQUOR, 520): Submitted by CRAFTON TULL&ASSOCIATES for property located at 2016
W. MARTIN LUTHER KING BLVD. The property is zoned C-2, THOROUGHFARE
COMMERCIAL, and contains approximately 1.10 acres. The request is for construction of a 7,500
square foot retail store. Planner: Jesse Fulcher
