FACILITY, 604): Submitted by CITY STAFF for property located at 1560 S. HAPPY HOLLOW
RD. The property is zoned 1-2, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL and contains approximately 18.40 acres.
The request is for construction of a 5,240 square foot office and associated parking.
