Submitted by SETH MIMS for property located at HILL AVE. & CENTER ST. The property
contains approximately 2.08 acres and is zoned RMF-40, RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY, 40
UNITS PER ACRE. The request is for a major modification to LSD 13-4524 (Harvey's Hill).
