resolution to approve the purchase of a 2016 Arrow XT Fire Engine from Pierce
Manufacturing, Inc. of Appleton, Wisconsin in the amount of $551,396.00 plus a
Performance and Payment Bond at a cost of $3,453.00 pursuant to the Houston -Galveston
Area Council Cooperative purchasing contract, to approve a contingency of $16,625.00,
and to approve a budget adjustment.
