6. ADM 10-3609: Administrative Item: (UDC AMENDMENT CH. 166.08 STREET DESIGN
AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT): Submitted by CITY PLANNING STAFF for revisions to
Fayetteville Unified Development Code, Section 166.08 Street Design and Access Management
Standards. The proposed code changes will clarify the access management requirements for different
types of development and include a minimum curb cut distance from intersections for single family
