1. Call to Order: 9:00 AM, Matthew Hoffman (Chair)
In Attendance: Matthew Hoffman (Chair), Janet Selby and Tracy Hoskins
Absent: None.

CCP 16-5499: Concurrent Plat (16401 SUMMER RAIN RD./RIVERA, 455): Submitted by
GLENN CARTER for property located at 16401 SUMMER RAIN RD. The property is in the
FAYETTEVILLE PLANNING AREA and contains approximately 3.00 acres. The request is
to split the property into 2 lots containing approximately 2.00 and 1.00 acres each.
Harry Davis, Planner: Gave the staff report.
Glen Carter, Applicant's Representative: Believes that this is as straightforward as it gets.
The applicant is just trying to give land to his children. Septic system approval will be sent
later today.
Public Comment:
No public comment was given.
Dustin Hoffman, Commissioner: Asks if the applicant is aware of the condition for
approval about moving the shed.

Carter: States the applicant is aware and will move the shed. The setback off Wyman has
existing buildings in it, which cannot be fixed.
Andrew Garner, City Planning Director: Requests to see the plat and points out shed to
be removed to commission.
Carter: States the applicant understands and will move it
Tracy Hoskins, Commissioner: Questions if Subdivision Committee can only forward to
Planning Commission and not approve in this committee.
Motion:
Commissioner Hoskins made a motion to forward CCP 16-5499 with conditions as
recommended by staff. Commission Selby seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion passed with a vote of 3-0-0.
LSD 16-5488: Large Scale Development (2900 BLOCK MT. COMFORT RD./MACEY
DR. TOWNHOMES, 363): Submitted by SWOPE CONSULTING, INC. for property
located at the 2900 BLOCK OF MT. COMFORT RD. The property is zoned RMF 24,
RESIDENTIAL MULTI FAMILY, 24 UNITS PER ACRE, and contains approximately 6.76
acres. The request is for a 58 unit apartment complex with associated parking.
