1. Call to Order: 9:00 AM, Tracy Hoskins (Chair)

LSD 16-5467: Large Scale Development (2514 N. NEW SCHOOL PLACE/THE NEW
SCHOOL, 290): Submitted by JORGENSEN & ASSOCIATES, INC. for properties
located at 2514 N. NEW SCHOOL PLACE. The properties are zoned R -O,
RESIDENTIAL OFFICE and contain approximately 19.40 acres. The request is for three
new buildings to house Academic/Innovation, and Athletic Centers totaling 62,550
square feet with associated parking

Corey Granderson, Staff Engineer: Gave the staff report.
John Scott, Urban Forester: Discussed tree preservation.
Blake Jorgensen, Jorgensen and Associates, Inc. applicant: Present for questions.

Commissioner Noble made a motion to approve LSD 16-5467 with conditions as
recommended by staff. Commission Belden seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion passed with a vote of 3-0-0.
