RE: Falling Waters Subdivision
Ken,
On behalf of our client, Falling Waters, LLC, we are requesting to be placed on the agenda for
the August lst Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meeting.
Our client is proposing a 35.31 acre, 51 lot, single family residential development to be
constructed on the south side of Stonebridge Meadows Golf Course connecting Pumpkin Ridge
Drive with Dead Horse Mountain Road.
Considering the proximity of the project to Combs Park (0.74 mi), Rodney Ryan Park (0.66 mi),
White River Park (1.46 mi), Bayarii Park (1.34 mi), Mount Sequoyah Woods (2.59 mi), and Lake
Sequoyah Park (2.44 mi), the developer would like to request paying money in lieu of land
dedication. A 51 lot development would require a one-time payment of $46,920.
Sincerely,
Thomas A. Hennelly,
Vice President
