Bids were opened on May 18, 2016 with eight bids received ranging from $49,983.00 to $84,573.00 to provide and install security fencing around the Noland WWTP Effluent pond. The low bid of $49,983.00 from Carnahan-White is recommended for approval by the City Council on July 5, 2016. STAFF REQUESTS THIS BE FORWARDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL b.
