In the early p une ti senting our case to the ADEQ. The City's position
is that the Nola e to be operating under discharge limitations that are both

Construction is complete with the exception of the electrical coordination study and arc flash
labeling (J L Bry-son). The revised electrical coordination study received May 27, 2016 is
being reviewed. The ozone equipment has been operated by CH2M for the City since March
10, 2016

NEW BUSINESS:
a. Noland WWTP Effluent Pond Security Fencing, Construction Bid 16-35.
Bids were opened on May 18, 2016 with eight bids received ranging from $49,983.00 to
$84,573.00 to provide and install security fencing around the Noland WWTP Effluent
pond. The low bid of $49,983.00 from Carnahan-White is recommended for approval by
the City Council on July 5, 2016.
