property located at 510 WEST 11TH STREET AND 989 SOUTH SCHOOL AVENUE. The property is
zoned CS, COMMUNITY SERVICES and contains approximately 12.16 acres. The request is
development of 232 multi-family dwellings in ten apartment buildings, clubhouse, swimming pool,
