1. LSP 11-3963: Lot Split (PINES AT SPRINGWOODS, 286): Submitted by JORGENSEN AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. for property located NORTH AND EAST OF DEANE SOLOMON ROAD AND
MOORE LANE. The property is zoned C-PZD, SPRINGWOODS and contains approximately 25
acres. The request is to subdivide the property into two tracts of 10.79 and 14.2 acres.
