AND TOWNSHIP STREET. The property is zoned RSF-4, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY, 4
UNITS/ACRE and contains approximately 30.13 acres. The request is for zoning and land use
approval a Residential Planned Zoning District to allow for 169 dwelling units and a maximum of
