Development Rights and how they can be used to encourage infill and green
infrastructure development.
• Barbara Boland, Fayetteville Natural Heritage Association will describe their
Green Infrastructure Planning Initiative in Northwest Arkansas, current activities
in this field, and how it will impact Fayetteville.
