LSD 16-5384: Large Scale Development (REDSTONE & S. SHILOH DR./HAWKINS
HOUSE, 519): Submitted by BATES & ASSOCIATES, INC. for properties located at
REDSTONE & S. SHILOH DR. The properties are zoned RPZD 14-4924 (Hawkins House),
and contain approximately 13.42 acres. The request is for 18 dwelling units in 3 separate
apartment buildings with associated parking.
Andrew Garner, City Planning Director, gave the staff report.
Corey Granderson, Staff Engineer, discussed that the project meets all City Engineering
requirements.
Geoff Bates, applicant, was present for questions.
No public comment was presented.
Commissioner Cook asked about the process.
Garner discussed the PZD and development process.
Commissioner Brown asked about the future build-out of the project.

Motion:
Commissioner Cook made a motion to approve LSD 16-5384 with conditions proposed by
staff. Brown seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed with a vote of 3-0-
0.
