White River Use Attainability Analysis (Minerals) The Committee will be brought up-to-date on what the City is planning to ask of the PC&E Commission in the way of effluent minerals limits. The objective is to agree on a concentration that will have no adverse impact on aquatic life, result in achievable NPDES permit limits, and provide reasonable flexibility to account for future requirements. b. Ozone Disinfection System Project Construction nears completion with electrical and piping scheduled for completion February 8, 2016. Startup testing is scheduled for February 9 — 12, 2016. Update on Storm Water as it relates to Planning and Development Corey Granderson (staff engineer) will discuss the city's current development process and regulations relating to storm water quality and quantity. Sediment control and downstream channel protection will be discussed as it relates to private development projects and the effects on the overall watershed. Additional staff engineers will be present to field questions. b. Ramsey— Overcrest (aka Old Wire Road) Sanitary Sewer Improvements. Bids for Construction Project 16-19, Old Wire Road Sewer Main Replacements, were opened on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 with the following results: Bidder Bid T-G Excavating, Inc $2,373,333.00 Brothers Construction, Inc. $2,399,780.00 Crossland Heavy Contractors $2,457,188.00 Goodwin & Goodin, Inc. $3,151,464.00 McClelland Consulting Engineers has checked the references for T-G Excavating, Inc. and formally recommends awarding the construction contract to T-G Excavating, Inc.
