March 17th, 2016 •

ITEM #1: Call to Order, Marty Burggraf
ITEM #2: Approval of the Airport Board Minutes of the February 18, 2016 meeting
• A motion to approve the February minutes was made by Bill Corley and seconded by Paul Algee. The
motion carried.
•
ITEM #3: Receiving of Reports:
A. Director's Report—provided by Johnny Roscoe,Airport Director:
• Airport Activity: Tower operations in February were 1882 — up 156 from January. Fuel sales were
down 4202 but we did sell slightly over 30K with 30,062 sold.
• Hangar / Terminal Roof Rehab Update: We are planning to have a roofing expert write a detailed
report on storm damage. Our original "scoping" of the project identified the damage, however storm
damage was not the purpose of the scoping—overall comprehensive roof repair was the focus. This
report will be added to our claim.
B. Financial Report: provided by Summer Fallen,Airport Financial Coordinator:
• The total revenue through February 29th was$185, 604.16. The total expenditures was$160,733.42.
That leaves a profit of$24,870.74.
• Jet fuel is the biggest part of our revenue.
• There was a jump in FBO Rent Revenue, largely in part due to the extra space that is now available.
C. T-hangar Report- provided by Dee McCoy,Administrative Assistant:
• The airport has seven (7) vacant T-Hangars, three (3) of these are currently being used for storage.
D. Museum Report- provided by Rick Bailey, Museum Board Director
• There is a fund raising plan this summer to improve the museum. Some expansion ideas are being
worked on.
• Airport Days wills start the third Saturday in May.The dates are May 21,June 18th,July 16th and August
20th
• The Bombers are back for Bikes, Blues, and BBQ in September.
• The Stearman in the museum collection has been paid off and is now property of the museum.
• The plastic siding on the side of the hangar is coming off.
• The AT6 has been painted and is ready to get wings on it.

ITEM #5: New Business:
A. Iron Pig- Bruce Dunn
• This the 8`h year for the Iron Pig.All sanitary issues will be taken care of in a timely manner this year.
• Registration is a week from this coming Saturday. There are going to be right at about 600 people.
• The event used to be on the airport runway and now is completely outside.
• This is a duathlon event, a 5k event, and a 1-mile fun run event.
• The event starts at 8:45 a.m. on March 26`h. Everyone is usually gone by 1:00 p.m.
ITEM #6: Other Business:
A. Items from the Airport Board:
• Avon Haury inquired if the tower had started their new hours.Johnny Roscoe let him know that the
FAA denied that request to change the hours.
