LSD 16-5397: Large Scale Development (2364 S. ARMSTRONG AVE./MARSHALLTOWN TOOLS EXPANSION, 643): Submitted by MORRISON-SHIPLEY, INC. for property located at 2364 S. ARMSTRONG AVE. The property is zoned I-2, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL, and contains approximately 26.69 acres. The request is for 62,500 square foot building addition with associated parking.
