AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 72: PARKING REGULATIONS
OF THE CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION
72.59 DICKSON STREET ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT ANNUAL
PARKING PASS PROGRAM TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL PARKING PASS
OPTION FOR PARKING IN THE DICKSON STREET ENTERTAINMENT
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby amends
Chapter 72 Parking Regulations of the Code of Fayetteville by enacting a new section §72.59:
Dickson Street Entertainment District Annual Parking Pass Program, to read as presented in
Exhibit"A"which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

72.59 Dickson Street Entertainment $600.00. The total cost shall be
