Marsha Hertweck, Accounting Director
Terri Raskiewicz, Internal Auditor
Introduction of the new Audit Committee Members
Terri welcomed L. Wayne Britt and Alderman Matthew Petty to the Audit Committee.
Resignation of the Internal Auditor
Terri announced her resignation as she had accepted a position with the Siloam Springs School District.
Election of the Chair of the Audit Committee
Judy Jacobs was elected as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the November 20th, 2013 meeting were approved by all Audit Committee members. Approved minutes are posted on the City’s website on the Audit Committee page.
Approval of the Internal Audit Annual Plan for 2014
A draft version of the 2014 Internal Audit Plan was distributed to the Audit Committee and key City management before this meeting. There was a short discussion about the plan and the
Audit Committee voted to approve the plan. The plan may change due to scope changes, special projects, special requests, and the accommodation of auditee management. A copy of the approved
plan is attached.

Issued General Employees Retirement Savings Plan and 457 Plan Reconciliation report
