OLD BUSINESS
TOWN CENTER
Richard Alderman reported that the plans are on the street with bids due on Thursday,
April 29 at 4pm. Solicitation was given to 13 general contractors and so far 4 bidders
have picked up plans.
Alderman indicated that he might shift bid date by a day or two if it works to our
advantage since there are several bids out on the street due the same time. His office will
send solicitation to subcontractors this week.
