1. The meeting was called to order by Michael Green,
who noted the lack of a quorum and stated that no action will
be taken but we will hear reports on previously approved pro-
jects as per the agenda.
2. Coy Kaylor outlined the plans for the reception
to be held for the HMR tax collecting businesses to update
them on the advertising and promotion efforts being under-
taken with this money. The event will Tuesday, April 24. at
the Hilton from 5:30-7:00. The program will begin about
6:15 and will be coordinated by Kaylor and Blackwood. An
invitation will be mailed to all 147 businesses collecting
the tax as well as selected others involved in the process.
Efforts will be made to exhibit copies of materials, layout
of ads and display units being used to promote the area.
All suggestions for this event should be channeled through
Coy Kaylor. .
3. Mark Blackwood presented the outline of the re-
print of the "Best of Both Worlds" brochure and indicated
it should be printed in 2-3. weeks.
4. The next meeting will be at the call of the
Chairman since the AHA annual meeting in Eureka Springs
will be in progress on the next regular meeting date.
