OLD BUSINESS/UPDATES:
a. Lake Sequoyah Sediment Removal Project
The force main will be installed by City crews in March. The design for the rest of the project
will be submitted to Engineering in March.
b. White River Use Attainability Analysis (Minerals)
We have a meeting scheduled with ADEQ on March 19, 2015 to discuss the current status
and next steps in this process.
c. Ozone Disinfection System Project
We have received BluelnGreen's reworked submittals for the equipment and they have
been approved. The ozone equipment should be delivered to the site in late May or early
June. J.L. Bryson will begin preliminary construction in April or May.

NEW BUSINESS:
a. Electrical Bus Duct Replacement- Noland Effluent Pump Motor
This project will replace approximately 42 linear feet of aged and damaged electrical bus
duct serving the Nolan's Effluent Pump Motor Control (2,000 amp; 480 volt; 3-phase). The
project design will be completed and advertised for bid March 2015. The estimates costs
associated are $75,000 - $100,000.
