Northwest Arkansas Multi-Jurisdictional Water Quality Compliance Association: A resolution to express the City Council's intent to participate in cooperative regional efforts to evaluate the potential cost savings and environmental benefits that may be available to the city of Fayetteville through the formation of a Northwest Arkansas Multi-Jurisdictional Water Quality Compliance Association.
