• Master street planning coordination: a) maximize Capital Improvement
Projects and budgets; b) develop process for designating and
coordinating one-ways, street parking, change in structure; c) coordinate
building, connections, maintenance of sidewalks, trails, streets; d)
institute development criteria around pedestrian accessibility and
sidewalks in "edge" areas.
