Street Committee Meeting
May 19, 2010
A meeting of the Fayetteville Street Committee will be held on May 19, 2010 at 4:30 pm
in Room 326 of the City Administration Building located at 113 West Mountain Street,
Fayetteville Arkansas.
AGENDA:
1. Call meeting to order by Chairman Bobby Ferrell.
2. General Update of the Transportation Bond Program.
3. VAN ASCHE DRIVE-GREGG TO GARLAND-Review of conceptual plans
and discussion regarding potential financing options.
4. CATO SPRINGS ROAD-Review of proposed Contract Amendment with Garver
Engineers for Final Design and Construction Phase Services related to the Cato
Springs Road Project.
5. HIGHWAY 16 IMPROVEMENTS-COLLEGE AVENUE TO
STONEBRIDGE-Discussion regarding revisions to the City's Cost Sharing
Agreement with the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department.
6. ON STREET BIKE FACILITIES: Review of proposed plan for striping and
placement of bicycle lane symbols on City Streets to delineate bike routes and
shared lanes.
7. Street Committee Powers and Duties: Review of draft revisions to Street
Committee Powers and Duties.
8. Scheduling of next Street Committee Meeting: Next meeting tentatively
scheduled for June 29, 2010.
9. Adjourn
